Please read these instructions for setting up an iCloud App-Specific password for Bus圜al. All other apps must use an app-specific password to connect with your iCloud account. Only Apple's apps (Mail, Calendar and Contacts) can use your standard iCloud password. An app-specific password is essentially a custom password that is different than your standard iCloud password. The person you shared the calendar with will receive an email invitation from iCloud. Bus圜al begins syncing with iCloud and an icon appears next to the calendar name indicating that it is shared. Select “Allow Write” if you want them to have read-write access to your calendar otherwise, deselect it to give them read-only access.Ĭlick OK. Select the Share calendar checkbox, and then enter the iCloud email address of the person you want to share the calendar with. To share a calendar with other iCloud users:Ĭontrol-click the calendar in the left sidebar and choose Get Info from the contextual menu. When a calendar is shared through iCloud, events can be edited by any user and changes sync between them. Once each user has configured Bus圜al to sync with their personal iCloud account, you can share calendars with each other through iCloud. You can change this setting under Preferences > Accounts > iCloud Account > Meeting Calendar. NOTE: On iCloud, Meeting Invitations that you received from others will automatically get added to your preferred Meeting Calendar.
